Alamo Residences Spurs Lane is a mixed-income community providing top-notch residences and amenity spaces. Along with market-rate rents, a portion of our well-appointed living spaces are reserved at economical rental rates for households earning 80 percent of median household income. To qualify for our affordable San Antonio apartment home, all applicants need to meet the standard rental qualifications, and combined gross annual income cannot exceed the income limits of the 80% median family income limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Median Family Income 80%:
- 1-person home may earn no more than $49,520 annually
- 2-person home may earn no more than $56,640 annually
- 3-person home may earn no more than $63,760 annually
- 4-person home may earn no more than $70,800 annually
- 5-person home may earn no more than $76,480 annually
- 6-person home may earn no more than $82,160 annually
Median Family Income 160%:
- 1-person home may earn no more than $99,040 annually
- 2-person home may earn no more than $113,280 annually
- 3-person home may earn no more than $127,520 annually
- 4-person home may earn no more than $141,600 annually
- 5-person home may earn no more than $152,960 annually
- 6-person home may earn no more than $164,320 annually
Income Verification:
To begin the application for Alamo Residencies Spurs Lane, we ask that you present the following documents:
- Paystubs for the most recent four-week period
- Bank Statement for most recent month
- Tax returns for the most two recent two tax years
- Other potential income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
